1st Phone

Well, when I have samsung S7, I start feeling something - the control of life.

it’s not my first phone - but it’s my first really powerful phone. It has good screen, camera, and have a secure Knox system.

But I don’t have the mind for the future. In several years, its battery starts to drain, and I become powerless again.

I woked in factory, and go out to find work. But the work I get was low-pay and has bad environment. I again become jobless in a city far away from home.

But things don’t ends here. feeling the powerless, I bought a oneplus 8t phone. What that, I was able to get another job, and pass the cold winter.

1st Computer

I get a computer as a present for university. Before that, I would use my relatives’ computer. I play plants vs zombies, and hacking with phones.

My little sister really love play small web games. That was a fun time.

In college, I already started using Google - and it makes me easy dealing with computer-related homeworks. I have good grades in all software courses.

However, I was not very good at computer engineerinng - which the standard course in China was always insufficient. In the winter job, I was feeling it - I was not able to perform well on it. That may also be an experience issue; but I certainly made some bad decisions.

with my phone and computer

With struggle I left that job, then, after that, I joined a new company.

That company was government orianted - and involved with secrets. I was not able to use phone inside workplace, and the computer was not connected to internet.

The environment was definitely very hard. And it’s C++. But with the phone and computer, I watched many CppCon videos, and do research, I was able to pass the first several months of hardship.

After that we moved to a remote place - things was getting better, I do some automated deployment using scripts, which I’m good at; and I auto-generated code comments; and fixed the build system.

But I still struggle with docs - that was, we discovered that we need a substential amount of docs in a short amount of time. The doc should be automated generated, but if the original code have no doc, we are out of help. Also, automated tools was not mature. We have a hard time fixing that, and worked overtime for a month.

a bad computer

Things are become easier after that - again Python was great help. I deployed things easily - and build a good simulator.

There was a time when the department leader want to build a mobile app. I joined, and they want to use some old technology. Feeling that it have no future, I quited it, but then I soon get a salary decrease by the leader. I then find another job and quitted.

But this time my computer was breaking - it’s already 6 years! But I don’t have enough money, so I bought a cheap PC - and I soon get the result - the bluetooth are broken, which results to headache when listening to music.

There is also a reason that I don’t find good commute. Well, I rerely commuted - because after the previouse move the company was close, because I intentionally choose the house. This time it’s affecting my health and job performance. I was soon fired.

A new computer

That was really sad but I quickly moves forward. I get a job for Azure support due to my high English levels. I rent hotels in the first month to ensure that I have enough time for job performance.

But again the job environment was very harsh - you can’t install any software, and the cloud environment was costly. I quickly bought a PC with good screen and moderate performance. well, my previous PC haves a really - bad - screen.

That PC constantly helps me. I was able to use VMware to solve the most demanding problem.

But then the company moved floors. The internet was getting bad, and the working environment was getting crambled and the toliet was no good. I was fired for no reason so I get severance pay.

A new phone

I watched several Taiwan dramas, and it really opens my heart to reality.

The most recent incident is the oneplus 8t green line incident. I quickly bought a new samsung phone.
