Intro
As I have discovered the source of my pain (under the help of medical experts), that is the back of my right arm was squeezing the shoulder nerves.
I recalled that I never have a good workout with my arms/shoulders, and my arm muscles are very weak.
In middle school, I’ve been constantly dealing with homeworks. We still have P.E. classes, although I can’t do Pull-ups, the stretch still helps.
On high school, things got worse. The PE class is no good. And I already have hand pains. Also, I even don’t have good pillows. It hurts gradually as I laid on bed, using phones to view the internet or play games. (I still think phones are good. It’s the bad life environment that are at fault.)
We have PE classes at University, but only on the first year and the second year. I fall into pain again on the third year.
More on history
This pain is deeply rooted in my family. My grandfather is an expert at CCP ideologys, and he can’t see anything outside of it; his son and daughters are all not received good care, education and love.
As my father can’t do any good, my mother need to work hard to keep a living for me and my little sister. We don’t receive good care and nutrition in childhood. My mother has then get a night shift every three days, and we don’t eat reguarly.
I have a weak body, and was bullied at primary school.
In the same reason, we don’t have good communication with other families, and our vision is very limited. I remeber that once in middle school, I lend a classmate a soap, and accusing him using too much.
Enough for history. I begin to find ways to stretch the muscles. The primary focus was to ease the pain, then do workouts to strengthen the body.
The Prerequisites
First I need to have a good nutrition. I eat egg and natto in the morning, and dumplings at the noon. At evening I eat plain rice, and before night I would drink milk.
Then I need to have time. I’m not working so I have time.
The stretch plan
I find mayo clinic very helpful.
Also, there is a good intro video for dealing specifically with wrist pain.
(actually, the resistance band I bound for it is actually helping the first.)
Stretching using a resistance band with two arms in the back is very helpful. Also, I wound simulate doing pull-ups using door frame. (I do this activity when cooking dumplings, but actually it make the dumpling worse. I also do clean-ups.)
The workout plan?
To do workout you need first measure your fitness. Again, mayo clinic is a good guideline.
I have a weak body, so I need to start small. I bought two 1kg dumbbel to stretch my back muscles specifically. I can do 5x5 at the front, and 3x5 on the side. (due to space limitations, the Y position was not possible.)
Some forms of workout are not possible, such as flat bench dumbbel flys, and barbell suqats, or hip thrusts. Water exercises are a fantasy.
I find High Intensity Interval training a good alternative. I first looked at burpees. Well, I recalled Japanese box jumpping.
The key of exercise is to suit into my lifestyle. My 3rd old company once have a tem building activity at a trampoline site. I quitted because I don’t like it. I would climb staircases instead.
Afterwords
Well just keep the basics was enough.
Mayo clinic was a good site. It helps find many issues, such as warts and chronic lung disese. But to find a cure, you must find a good doctor.
Other articles in mayo clinic are also helpful: sexual health and birth control.
Another thing that amaze me is that, after so many years of English, I don’t even know basic nutrition and exercise words, such as dairy, dumbbel, flys…
