The meal isn’t very good.

In the end, the managers talks about they win business over another hardware company - M&B electronics, which get them med, because the cx originally planing to sign the contract with them, and they complain to the boss directly via phone.
Also, they talked about future plans, such as PHIS systems in other cities.
A direct shock to me that they are still referring performance as “count of sofware done” - which I always disagree.
Btw, we count performance by a spreadsheet, and list software requests, and hours allocated. If one finishes, he/she package the script using pyinstaller, then send to a wechat group. the start/end time is compared to the allocated time for performance.
This treats software as “assembly line”, which greatly degrades code quality - and there is also no code review - the only thing people see is “finished”.
And next week some employees is on business trip - to Tian Jin, which the leaders plan to do a “crash on” for softwares - because they already signed many contracts, and there is curently no softwares yet.
Of course, if they finished early, then can go back early, with bonous and holidays - which is uttly bad:
who will maintain them afterwards?
